They were traditionally associated with flexibility, time, chaos, freedom, and the duality of life and death. In late centuries, their domain unofficially encompassed the entirety of physics and chemistry as well.

			The original separation of the siblings will progressively weaken because of their influence on each other arising from their interaction; they will become less and less distinct until they become twins and merge again, and at that point, the universe will cease to exist. Though religious texts claim that the siblings are equals, the fact that they themselves change often was interpreted as Shaosna being stronger than Shaekra, despite usually being depicted as smaller.
